From 26 to 27 September 2018 PLUTON engineers took part in the ІІ International practical conference "Modern methods and task-oriented structural analysis complexes and their application in designing and learning process", which took place in Kyiv.

At the conference took place presentation of CAD (computer-aided design) software new versions, such as:

  • LIRA 10.8 — multifunctional software package for design and calculation of building and machine building constructions of various applications. Implemented calculation method — the finite element method (FEM). Calculation for static (force and  deformation) and dynamic impact. Selection or examination of steel constructions cross sections and (or) reinforced concrete constructions cross sections reinforcement. Issuing of sketches of working metal constructions drawings, as well as reinforced concrete elements drawings. Numerous specialized systems allow simulating soils operation, calculating bridge constructions, simulating behaviour of structure during assembling, analyzing structural behaviour under dynamic impact in time, etc.;
  • SCAD Office — integrated system for buildings constructions strength analysis, evaluation of load carrying capacity and design of steel, wooden, reinforced concrete and masonry constructions elements according to recommendations of regulatory documents.

PLUTON carries out integrated design in the field of electrotechnical equipment, civil engineering, as well as in other design fields, that's why we aim to be informed about the latest trends in the field of CAD-systems.

CAD latest solutions, presented at the conference, included numerous functions and options, improvements for automation and simplification of engineering design. These software packages support Regulatory documents of Ukraine, as well EUROCODE with national annexes of various countries.

PLUTON is ready for further development and improvement in the field of computer-aided design (CAD).
