PSK-3.3k is applied for electrical connection of double-track and single-track contact network sections of electrified railways, and protection against overload currents.

The sectionalizing point is delivered as fully factory-ready modules with assembled and adjusted power and auxiliary equipment, with minimum on-site installation work.

The module is a non-separable metal container with IP53 protection degree according to DSTU IEC 60529:2019. All metal parts are covered with anti-corrosion galvanic and paint materials. The walls, floor and roof of the module are equipped with thermal insulation that is highly resistant to thermal loads and is fire-resistant.

PSK-3.3k includes modern DC switchgear manufactured by PLUTON, equipped with reliable circuit breakers that ensure efficient switching and protection of electrical networks. This reduces the risk of emergencies and increases the efficiency of power supply to the railway infrastructure.

PSK-3.3k is equipped with all the necessary systems for safe and efficient operation:

  • ventilation and air conditioning,
  • heating,
  • lighting,
  • fire and burglar alarms.
