Blowers automatic control system cabinet SHSAUV

Blowers automatic control system cabinet type SHSAUV is provided for control of metro main ventilation blowers and other facilities blowers.

Benefits of application

starting current limitation, current depends on blower acceleration rate and load torque, and doesn’t exceed 1,2 of rated one;
controlled acceleration (stop): acceleration (stop) time is regulated. It makes possible to reduce time of transition from one mode to another by several times (“intake” —”outlet”, ”outlet” — “intake”);
blower rotation speed regulation (seven fixed speeds, which values can be changed when adjusting);
blower capacity changing without adjustment of impeller blades rotation angle, which simplifies its maintenance;
significant electrical power saving: at 60% productivity of the rated one, amount of consumed electrical power equals 27% of the one consumed in non-regulated mode;
possibility of connection to rotating blower motor.

DESIGN
PROTECTIONS AND CONTROL

SHSAUV provides:

blower acceleration/stop with the set rate and current limitation;
operation in steady mode with set rotation speed;
change of blower rotation speed and direction;
motor protection;
louvers control.

It operates together with actuation (auxiliary) mechanisms, temperature and other sensors of controlled blower. Supports operation modes both with one and several louvers, has motor windings heating connection circuit. SHSAUV can be installed in underground facilities of airshafts and metro tunnels. It is resistant to external influence of climatic factors in U design, placement category 3, according to GOST 15150.

Blowers automatic control system consists of the following functional systems:

power circuit;
operationalcontrol, indication and signaling system;
control and microclimate support inside the cabinet systems.

Power part of SHSAUV includes input device, input filter, frequency converter with machine dU/dt-filter, actuating and auxiliary mechanisms control circuits.

Frequency converter serves for blower main drive motor power supply, providing startup, braking, reverse of motor and motor current (load) limitation.

Actuating mechanisms control circuits are provided for control of blower auxiliary drives (louvers, impeller blades, straightener device, etc.), protection of servodrives against short circuits and overload.

Operational control, indication and signaling system is provided for intake or outlet switching, blower switching off, blower louvers control, SHSAUV status signaling in local and remote modes.
