PLUTON is glad to introduce our new and successfully implemented "turn-key" project — "Telefoniczna" traction substation in Łódź (Poland).
This project is remarkable by high level of complexity and is of a great importance for our Customer — "MPK Łódź" tram department. New powerful traction substation "Telefoniczna" is equipped with 4 rectifiers (1600 kVА each) and provides power supply of 17 outgoing lines in main and the largest tram depot in Łódź.
Implementation of this project included the following scope of works: design, building of new substation, equipment supply, including telecontrol and operator control equipment set, cables laying, scope of electric installation and commissioning works as well as demolition of former substation.
