Kryvyi Rih Fast Tram is in operation since December 26, 1986. It’s an underground tram transport system, which combines metro and tram features. The length of the line is 28 km, with 30 stations, 4 of which are located below ground, with the length of 6,8 km. Fast tram is an off-street transport system.

Tram line on speed sections is totally separated from motor vehicles and other tram lines.

In 1992 construction of the third section was started, which lengthened the line in a northerly direction.

In 1999, PLUTON became the General supplier of equipment for 7 substations of fast tram line.

New line was formally opened on October 26, 1999. The length of the third section path is 5,5 km, 1,5 km of which are shallow subways. Transport system is in great demand with the residents of Kryvyi Rih. PLUTON equipment for traction substations successfully provides reliable and uninterrupted power supply of fast tram.
